WHEREAS , Minnesota Statutes Section 471 .705 , Subd. lc(a)
requires that a public body establish a schedule of regular
meetings ; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul has by
previous Resolution designated itself as the Board of Health
for the City of Saint Paul ; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council recommends that the Board of
Health designate 9:00 A.M. on the second Thursday of January,
April , July and October for its regularly scheduled meetings ;
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council recommends that the
Board of Health designate the City Clerk for the City of Saint
Paul to prepare its meeting notices and agendas and to receive
and process all requests for Board action or consideration
of actions or issues.

and pass a resolution setting forth a schedule of regular
meetings. Only the Board of Health, i .e. the Council sitting
as the Board of Health, can adopt such a resolution. However,
I have prepared for you a resolution by which the Council
recommends such a schedule.
