WHEREAS, The Financial Services, Budget Section of the City of St. Paul �
acknowledges its employee, Deadra J. Demko, has won the grand prize in a contest by �,
a local radio station, whereby she and her co-workers of her department on Apri129, 1999, in
the morning will he provided a"lite brunch" of rolls and coffee brought to the Budget Office
and dwing the lunch hour in City Hall Room 40A, will be provided a catered luncheon with
entertainment by the cast of Tony and Tina's Wedding, a local theater production;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes Deadra J. Demko to
accept the prize for Financial Services Department and declares that the prize is one which will
serve the public by maintaining and fostering department morale.
