Voting In the Matter of Open and widen Montana Avenue creating a cul-de-sac for street
Ward purposes by condemning and taking that part of Lots 25, 26 and 27, Block
5 1 and Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 4, all in Morton's Addition lying
within the arc of a circle having a 50 foot radius. The center of said
circle lying on the centerline of Montana Avenue and 265 feet west of
the centerline of Arkwright Street.
Open and widen Nebraska Avenue creating a cul-de-sac for street purposes
by condemning and taking that part of Lots 28, 29 and 30, Block 4 and
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 5 all in Morton's Addition lying within the arc
of a circle having a 50 foot radius. The center of said circle lying on
the centerline of Nebraska Avenue and 395 feet west of the centerline
of Arkwright Street.
Condemning and taking a 15 foot easement for sewer purposes on, over and
across Lots 9, 10, 11, 30 and 31, Block 4 and Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block
5, all in Morton's Addition. Said easement lying 15 feet southeasterly
and adjacent to the southeasterly line of Soo Line Railroad from Arkwright
Street to Montana Avenue.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
i�xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyet to be determined.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of
January, 1989 at nine ��g��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hali and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
