Voting In theMatter of constructing water mains in E. Nebraska Avenue from Arkwright
Ward Street to the Soo Line Railroad Tracks and in E. Montana Avenue
5 from 190 feet west of Arkwright Street to 290 feet west of Arkwright
STreet. Also, construct water service connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ ��_Rnn , financed by assessments $15,500; City Aid $7,300.
Estimated costs for each water service connection — $815.00 (60 foot R.O.W.)
$970.00 (cul—de—sac)
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�th day of January, 1989 ,at
nine X�c�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
