Voting In the Matter of grading and paving of MONTANA AVENUE from Arkwright Street to
Ward the proposed cul—de—sac approximately 290 feet west of the west line of
Arkwright Street. Also grade and pave NEBRASKA AVENUE from Arkwright Street
5 to the proposed cul—de—sac approximately 420 feet west of the west line of
Arkwright Street. Also, construct a sanitary sewer in NEBRASKA AVENUE FROM
370 feet west of the west line of Arkwright Street to 300 feet west of the
west line of Arkwright Street. Also construct sewer service connections.
Also construct a street lighting system, storm water drainage facilities
and concrete curb and gutter in the same.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the es�imated cost thereof
is$ 142,500 , financedby assessments $111,300 and City Aid $31,200.
Estimated cost per sanitary sewer service connection — $750.00.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1 7th day of Januarv, 1989 ,at
nine $� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
