V �' /�`�� BLUE i�N�AVOR � � � , Co ncil Resolution -���f➢; � _ _ l,/� � Presented By � o � Committee: Date f��� Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council has amended Chapter 404, 409 and " 410 to allow the sale of pulltabs and tipboards in private clubs, licensed liquor establishments and non-alcoholic (3. 2 beer) beverage establishments; and WHEREAS, 10� of the net revenue from the sale of pulltabs and tipboards are used to support the Youth Athletic and Sports Fund; and WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council has adopted rules for the distribution of said funds to eligible organizations; now, therefore, be it � RESOLVED, that the adopted rules are amended as follows : PURPOSE The Saint Paul City Council in a Resolution dated July 1, 1987 has established a fund to provide money for grants to nonprofit athletic and sports groups or organizations desiring to provide better �et�t� atl��et�es a�e� 9}98i°t9 programs serving youth in Saint Paul neighborhoods. This fund is not, however, intended to provide on-going support for a� eligible organization. ELIGIBILITY 3.
