WHEREAS: Rainbow 7, Tnc. (David Fan, Pres. ) DBA 7th Street Trolley,
880 7th Street currently holds a Class 4 Entertainment
License.
WHEREAS: Rainbow 7 , Inc. (David Fan, Pres. ) agrees to discontinue
its Class 4 Entertainment License and to provide only
those activities allowed under a Class 3 Entertainment
License, excepting wet T-Shirt contests, volleyball and .
broomball , now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That Rainbow 7 , Inc. DBA 7th Street Trolley be allowed to
change its Entertainment License from a Class 4 to a Class 3,
expressly conditioned to exclude wet T-Shirt contests , volleyball
and broomball on or adjacent to the licensed premises.
