The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

The Public Works Committee at its meeting of November 23, 1988 took the
following action:
1. Approval of minutes of October 26, 1988.

2. 11/29/88 FINAL ORDER: Construction of the STARKEY/PLATO Approved
BTORM SEWER PROJECT. (Bounded by the 3-0
. Mississippi River on the northwest, by Walter
Street (extended) on the southwest, by Wood
Street more-or-less on the southeast and by Eva
. Street on the northeast) .
3. 11/29/88 FINAL ORDER: Constructing sanitary, storm Approved
sewer and water service connections if 3-0
requested by the property owner, for the
STARKEY/PLATO AREA STORM SEWER PROJECT.
4. 11/29/88 FINAL ORDER: Constructing the TROUT BROOK Approved
OUTLET (Phase A) and constructing a storm sewer 3-0
in Fourth Street. The pro�ect area is bounded
by Interstate I-94 to the north, vacated
Kittson to the west, the Mississippi River to
the south and Commercial Street to the east.
