full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund
09070-0511-000 to Lisa A. Olsem the sum of $1, 250 . 00 in full
settlement of her claim for damages sustained April 26, 1985,
as a result of certain booking procedures conducted at the St.
Paul Police Department.
