WHEREAS, compensation to the property owner is in the amount of $34,000, it being a fair and reasonable price for the subject property according to the appraisal obtained by the Valuation Engineer; and WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said property at the price stated above; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay Mary Garvey, owner of record, the sum of $34 ,000 . The conditions of said sale are contained in the Memorandum for Sale of Real Estate; said memorandum is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Said sum to be charged to Funding Source (88-2G003- 0788-25019) .
