WHEREAS, the City Council adopted File 88-1503 on 5eptember
15, 1988, said resolution being the ratification of assessments
for the Stillwater/Nokomis Street Paving and Lighting Project,
identified as Finance and Management File No. 18486, Assessment
File No. 2196; and
WHEREAS, the property identified as :
Vacated Sims Avenue accruing and Lots 7 and 8,
Block 11 , Beaver Lake Heights was assessed $437 .10
based on Ramsey County records; and
WHEREAS, fee owner Joseph Tucci , summoned a Ramsey County
assessor to view his property identified above, and the assessor
agreed to reduce his total square feet; and
WHEREAS, the area is now 13,669.5 square feet times the
residential rate of $.03 for a total of $410 .09; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Tucci had already paid the assessment on the
above identified property when he called on Ramsey County to view
his property.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the assessment be reduced to
$410. 09; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $27.01 be \°�
funded by the storm sewer charge funds; and /
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a check be issued to Joseph
Tucci for $27. 01.
