Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul , by resolution 271229, approved on June 16 , 1978 , ratified and confirmed the condemnation and awards of damages and assessments in the matter Qf the opening, widening and extending East 7th Street over parts of Kittson' s Addition and Brunson' s Addition to Saint Paul; and, WHEREAS, a permanent bridge and highway easement was condemned on, over and across that part of the following described land: That part of Lot 1, Block 36 , Brunson ' s Addition lying northwesterly of a line 19 feet south�easterly of and parallel to the northwesterly lot line of said lot. WHEREAS, the description of this easement has been determined to be incorrect; THERSFORS BE IT RESOLVSD, that this easement shall be corrected to read as follows: A permanent bridge and highway easement on, over, and across that part of Lot 1, Block 36 , Kittson' s Addition, lying north�e.sterly of a line 19 feet southeasterly of and parallel to the northwesterly lot line of said lot. BE IT FORTHSR RESOGVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record a copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota BS IT ALSO RESOLVED, that in all other respects resolution 271229 shall remain in full force and effect.
