Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date School District; now, therefore , be it RESOLVED , that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby decline to exercise its prerogative and therefore the request of Mr. Reno for extended sick leave for compensable injury is hereby denied because the Independent School District No. 625 has not concurred in his request and further, because there is some doubt whether Section 20.F of the Civil Service Rules would apply in this case ; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to send a copy of this resolution to Mr. Ed Reno and to Independent School District No. 625. 2 .
