WHEREAS , the duties of Administrative Assistant to the
Mayor are normally performed by LeeAnn Turchin; and
WHEREAS , in the course of performing the duties of this
position Ms. Turchin has signature authority to sign all documents
that may be signed by the Mayor and in place of the Mayor ;
and
WHEREAS , Ms. Turchin is temporarily incapacitated due
to health conditions and will not be available for approximately

WHEREAS , the Mayor

, c in; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED , that Jim Bellusshall have signature
authority to sign all documents normally signed by the Mayor
and in place of the Mayor for that period of time that LeeAnn
Turchin is incapacitated; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature authority to sign
such documents shall cease immediately upon the return of LeeAnn
Turchin to these duties.
