1988 Memorandum of Understanding
This Memorandum of Understanding shall apply to the employees in
unclassified Attorney titles in confidential and/or supervisory
positions. The employees in these positions are not represented by a
bargaining unit.
1. In addition to the benefits approved under Council File No.
86-110, employees in the positions described above shall be
eligible for an employer contribution of 536.25 per month for
dental insurance coverage provided currently under a plan
administered by the St. Paul Supervisors' Organization. ,

supervisory. The City will be contributing $36.25 per month for dental insurance.
This coverage is under a plan administered by the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization.

There are five employees affected by this action. �
The cost will be 5 x 35.25 x 12 = $2175 yearly.
These positions have previously received the same insurance contribution levels as
positions represented by the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization.
