An ordinance amending Chapter 109 of the
Saint Paul Administrative Code entitled
� "Affirmative Action Advisory Committee"
to provide for the staggering of the terms
of the membership.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIIV:
Section l .
That 5ection 109. 03 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code
be and the same is amended to read as follows :
"109.03. Term. Members of the committee shall
be appointed within 30 days of the date of the adoption
of this ordinance and shall serve for a term of four
years commencing as of the effective date of this
chapter, and until their successors are appointed
and qualify. Thereafter, four members as designated
by the mayor shall be appointed for a term of one
year; four members as designated by the mayor shall
be appointed for a term of two years ; four members
as designated by the mayor shall be appointed for
a term of three years ; and four members as designated
by the mayor shall be appointed for a term of four
years. Subsequent terms shall all be for a period
of four years . "
Section 2. �
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
� (30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
