VOting In the Matter of improving the following streets with a bituminous paving,
Ward concrete curb and gutters, concrete driveways and outwalks and a
street lighting system:

Ma.rion Street from Nebraska Avenue to Idaho Avenue
Idaho Avenue from Marion Street to 1/2 block west
Iowa Avenue from Sylvan Street to Rice Street
Hoyt Avenue from Sylvan Street to Park Street
Montana Avenue from Sylvan Street to Rice Street
Park Street from Montana Avenue to Wheelock Parkway
Sylvan Street from Montana Avenue to Hoyt Avenue
Albemarle Stre�t from Arlington Avenue to Nebraska Avenue
Albemarle Street from Hoyt Avenue to Wheelock Parkway and
Marion Street from Arlington Avenue to Nebraska Avenue.
To be known as the Albemarle/Nebraska Area Street Paving and
Lighting Project.

' The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$924,000 , financed by assessments $246,500; Capital Improvement Bonds
1989 $250,000 and State and Federal Grants and Loans $427,500.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of nPramhar� 1988 ,at
nine �o'clock am., in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said pubiic hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
