Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for Saint Thomas the Apostle Addirion
WI�REAS, the Church of Saint Thomas the Apostle has submitted the attached preliminary and fmal plat for CiTy
Councii approval to divide their previously unplarted land at 2119 Stillwater Avenue (between Nokomis Avenue and
Howazd Street) into two lots to sell their former parochial school to a charter school;
WFLEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, as explained in the staff report to the
City Council, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code;
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the offioial newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the
subject property; ,
WI�REAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed plat on Mazch 24, 1999, where all interested
parties were given an opporiunity to be heard and the Council considered all the facts and recomraendations
concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached preliminary and
final plat for the Saint Thomas the Aposfle Addition subject to the condition that the church shall file a copy of this
Council Resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and on the deeds of each of the properties created.
