'.^\ . ... _. . .. _.. ��/��� AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 6th day of September , 1988 by and between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as "City") , and FROGTOWN FESTIVAL, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "FFI") . WHEREAS, on January 6, 1987 the St. Paul City Council established a Community Festival Loan Fund and Grant Program, administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation, for the purpose of assisting neighborhood festivals with expenses, startup costs and insurance coverage; and WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council has approved rules and regulations to ensure the fair and equitable distribution of the funds; and WHEREF:S, the FFI has applied for a grant in accordance with these rules and regulations. NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: l. That the City shall grant to FFI the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the purpose of helping to fund the Frogtown Festival to be celebrated September 23, 24 and 25, 1988 as more pari;�cularly outlined in FFI ' s application attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 2. That FFI will prepare and submit to the City a report outlining all expenses and revenues derived from the Festival and specifically detailing how the grant money was spent within 90 days after the completion of the festival noted above. FFI further will permit the Division of Parks and Recreation staff full access to its books and 1 � : �I��iG�� records concerning the festival . 3. That the FFI shall submit to the City a copy of FFI ' s liability insurance policy naming the City as an additional insured, said policy shall be forwarded to City by September 17, 1988.
