Re : Liquor Revisions This is a draft ordinance providing several changes per your request . Section l . Changes the required age for all intoxicating liquor icense applicants to age 21 , from 19 . Permits the use of convictions of crime (not just "wilful" violations) to the extent permitted by state law for both liquor and drugs . In each case, possessory offenses are not included unless they are "possession with intent" crimes . Section 2 . Does the same for 3 . 2 licenses .
