University Avenue and south of a line 657 . 38 feet south
of and parallel to the south line of University Avenue ,
from Pascal Street to 700 feet west .
Also , a permanent easement that lies north of a line 707. 38 feet
south of and parallel to the south line of University and south
of a line 697 . 38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of
University Avenue , from Pascal Street to 600 feet west.
Also , a permanent easement in Lot 30 and South half of vacated
alley accruing , Block 10 , Ingersoll Addition.
Also , a permanent easement in that part of the North half of
vacated Iglehart Avenue accruing to Lots 26 and 27 , Block 9 ,
Ingersoll Addition.
Also , temporary easements as shown on the map on file in the
Division of Valuations and Assessments , Department of Finance and
Management Services . Said temporary easements to expire on
December 31 , 1989 , or upon completion of the pro�ect , whichever
occurs first.
These easements are in conjunction with the Marshall/Hamline Area
Sewer Separation Project.

3. 10/11/88 FINAL ORDER: Condemning and taking an easement Order
on the east side of BIDWELL STREET from E. Withdrawn
Annapolis Street to E. Winona for slopes, cuts
and fills for the grading and paving of Bidwell
Street.
4. 10/11/88 FINAL ORDER: Removing and replacing of Laid Over
illegally installed curb, restoring street and in Comm.to
boulevard areas, constructing concrete driveway 10-12-88
apron and possible removal of 3 boulevard trees.
Property located at 1349 Midway Parkway.
5. 10/13/88 FINAL ORDER: Improving IRVINE AVENUE between Laid Over
Summit Avenue and Pleasant Avenue (includes in Co�tm.to
upper Irvine Avenue between Summit and Pleasant 11-30-88 .
and lower Irvine Avenue between Ramsey Street
and Pleasant Avenue) by grading and paving,
constructing curb and gutter, new catch basins,
new driveways, a green lantern style street
lighting system, new retaining walls and doing
all other work necessary and incidental to said
project. To be known as the IRVING AREA STREET
PAVING AND LIGHTING PROJECT.
