WHEREAS: Heartthrob of St. Paul Inc. DBA Heartthrob Cafe & Philadelphia
Bandstand at 30 E. 8th St. currently holds a Dance Hall License .
utilized for teen dances on Sunday afternoons.
WHEREAS: Heartthrob of St. Paul Inc. wishes to discontinue the teen
dances and reinstate their On Sale Sunday Liquor License,
therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the Heartthrob of St. Paul Inc. DBA Heartthrob Cafe &
Philadelphia Bandstand be allowed to re-establish their sa1e
of liquor on Sunday to the cafe and club area previously used
for teen dances.

Re: Heartthrob of Saint Paul, Inc.
Dear Mr. Carchedi :
By this letter, the Heartthrob Cafe requests that you suspend
its Dance Hall License and, contemporaneously, lift the Heart-
throb �afe' s volunt3ry suspension of its Sunday On-Sale Liquor
License.
The fieartthrob Cafe pro�oses to discontinue the teen dances
previously held on Sun3ays an3 resum2 normal Sunday operations
pursuant to its Sun3ay On-Sale Liquor License. �I'he Heartthrob
Cafe requests that you merely suspend the Dance Hall License so
that, should the He3rtthrob Cafe desire to resume the teen
3ance program during the summer of 1989, it need not r�apply
for a Dance Hall License. Of course, the Heartthrob Cafe will
seek the approval of the City of Saint Paul prior to resuming
such dances and will, once again, voluntarily suspen3 the
Sunday On-Sale Liquor License at that time, if necessary.
Once again, pl�ase grant the Heartthrob Cafe a voluntary
suspension of its Dance Hall License and lift the voluntary
suspension of the Heartthrob Cafe' s Sunday On-�ale Li�uor
License an3 reactivate the same. If you hav� any �uestions,
