To provide for continued access to our facility, the Water Utility requires an easement be retained over the entire part of Pleasant Avenue being proposed far vacation. Restrictions within the azea are as follows: 1. No buildings, structures or trees aze permitted within the easement area, or any temporary struchu•e, material storage, fixture or other objects that may prohibit normal access to water facilities for maintenance purposes without written permission from the Water UCility. 2. No change from the existing grade or change in surfacing within the easement area is permitted without written permission from the Water Utility. 3. Should it be necessary that the petirioner's works or improvements be removed or damaged as a result of Water Utility operat3ons, all removal, replacement or modification costs shall be borne solely by the petitioner. 4. To provide for continued access to our facility, the Water Utility requires an easement be retained over the entire part of Pleasant Avenue being proposed far vacation. Restrictions within the azea are as follows: 1. No buildings, structures or trees aze permitted within the easement area, or any temporary struchu•e, material storage, fixture or other objects that may prohibit normal access to water facilities for maintenance purposes without written permission from the Water UCility. 2. No change from the existing grade or change in surfacing within the easement area is permitted without written permission from the Water Utility. 3. Should it be necessary that the petirioner's works or improvements be removed or damaged as a result of Water Utility operat3ons, all removal, replacement or modification costs shall be borne solely by the petitioner. 4.
