RESOLVED, that upon the petition of the City of Saint Paul ,
per Finance Department File No. 15-1988, that part of a sewer
easement in Lots 18 and 49 , Block 2, Wild Rose Addition,
hereinafter described is hereby vacated and discontinued as
public property.
The vacated area is described as follows:
All that part of a sewer easement on, over, under
and across Lots 18 and 49 , Block 2, except the east
40 feet of each said lots in Wild Rose Addition.
That the vacation shall be subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the vacation shall be subject to all the terms
and conditions of Chapter 130, codified ��arch 1 ,
1981, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as
amended.
