Voting In the Matter of constructing the TROUT BROOK OUTLET — PHASE A and constructing
Ward a storm sewer in Fourth Street. The project area is bounded by
Interstate-94 to the north, vacated Kittson Street to the west,
7 the Mississippi River to the south and Commercial Street to the east.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$��500,000 , financed by assessments $200,000, State and Federal Grants
$5,400,000, Storm Sewer System Charge $1,412,000 and Minnesota
Department of Transportation Funds $488,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of November, 1988
,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
