Voting In the Matter of the operating costs for the above standard street lighting system
Ward for the Selby Avenue Revitalization Project No. 1 on both sides Selby Avenue from
1 221 feet east of Dale Street to Grotto Street and both sides Dale Street from
116.38 feet north of Selby Avenue (east side) and 110 feet north of Selby Avenue
(west side) to 110 feet south of Selby Avenue (west side) and 172.5 feet south
of Selby Avenue (east side) for the year 1989.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 4,ORO , financed by assessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 25th day of October, 1988 ,at
nine � o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
