Avenue (Timothy 0'Gara, President) is the holder of a Dance Hall
License for the area known as "The Garage."
WHEREAS: Licensee requests that the Dance Hall License be discontinued and
the On Sale Sunday Liquor be extended to "The Garage." Therefore,
