Voting In the Matter of constructing the Marshall/Hamline (Part B) Area Storm Sewer
Ward Project. (Bounded more—or—less by Hamline Avenue on the east,
4 Ma.rshall Avenue on the south, Fairview Avenue on the west and
Concordia Avenue on the north) .

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, 2nd
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2�072,000 , financed by assessments $87,000, Sewer Separation Charge
$349,000, Minnesota Department of Transporation $233,000 and
State and Federal Grants and Loans $1,403,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of November, 1988 ,at
nine �&3�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and piace of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
