Voting In the Matter of improving the following streets with a bituminous paving,
Ward concrete curb and gutters, concrete driveways and outwalks,
constructing a green lantern street lighting system and all
4 necessary work to complete this project. To be known as the
Ma.rshall/Hamline (Part B) Area Street Paving and Lighting
Project.
Pascal Street from Concordia Street to Ma.rshall Avenue
Asbury Street from Concordia Street to south of Iglehart Avenue
Fry Street from Concordia Street to Carroll Avenue
Pierce Street from Concordia Street to Carroll Avenue
Carroll Avenue from Pierce Street to Snelling Avenue
Carroll Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Pascal Street and
Iglehart Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Pascal Street.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 96h,200 , financed by assessments $144,800 and Capital Improvement
Bonds $821,400.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of November, 1988 ,at
nine �� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
