Amendment No. 2 to
Lease 8109
THIS AGRFEMENT, made this 2nd day of May 1988 , by and betvveen
the City of St. Paul, Department of Police, 218 City Hall , St. Paul, Minnesota 55102
hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR", and the STATE OF MINNESOTA, Department of Administration,
hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE", aciing for the benefit of the .
Department of Public Safety; State Patrol Division
shall be considered as an amendment and
addition to Lease No. 8109 �
WITNESSETH: . .
WHEREAS,the LESSOR and the LESSEE entered into Lease No. 81�9 , dated
July 31, 1985 , involving the rental of Jo�n usage wi h Lessor,
with 24 hour access every day, of rooms located on the main floor of the building at
101 East lOth Street, in the City of St. Paul, such rooms to be as designated by Lessor,
and,
WHEREAS, the parties deem certain amendments and additional terms and conditions mutually beneficial for the
effective continuation of said Lease,
NJW TFtEnEFQ�E, the LESSOR ai�d ��ne LESSEE agree to substitution ai�ciior acsaition of the ioiiowing terms
and conditions which shall become a part of Lease No. 81(19 , effective as of the date set forth
hereinafter.
1. The parties hereby agree that this Lease shall be extended for a term of
One (1) Year, effective June 1,1988 anc� continuing through May 31, .1989.
2. The parties further agree that the total rent for the extended term shall be
the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($5,400.00) payable in equal
monthly payments of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars.
3. Except as modified by the provisions of this Amendment, said Lease is ratified and confirmed as originally
written.
