WHEREAS, The Mayor, pursuant t4 Secti.on 1Q.7.1 Qf th� Ch,��ter of the City o� Saint �aul, does
certify that there are available for appropriatiQn tQtal �eyenues in excess of those est�tnated
in the 1988 Budget; and
WHEREAS, Council File No. 277510, adopted Qctober l, 1981, did estalilish certain Special Fund
Policies; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor recommends tliat the follawing additions be made to the 1988 Budget; BE IT
RESOLVED, That the Saint Paul Public Library establish a budget to meet terms- of grant as
