Dear Mr. Carchedi,
Our Union Depot restaurant manager, Karen Gunvalson, has spoken with Kris in
your department regarding the propriety of using our liquor license for
banquets within the confines of the Oepot's "great space" directly adjacent to
our entrance. With the imminent closure of Spazzo's restaurant at hand, we
have been asked to assume responsibility for some half dozen banquets over the
next five months. We are happy to do so, but neea your department's appmval
to proceed.
A diagram is included for your inspection.
Please do not hesitate to call with questions affecting our status, as we are
anxious to meet the needs of our new customers and put their minds at ease.
