Voting In the matter of

2 Condemning and taking a 55—foot permanent easement between the easterly
line of Lafayette Avenue and the Westerly line of the permanent easement
taken for Trout Brook Sewer construction, the North line of said 55—foot
permanent easement being the North line of Bruno Street as platted and
its easterly extension , subject to easements of record and existing
structures , for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public
sewer on , under and across that part of Bruno Street that lies between
the easterly line of Lafayette Avenue and the west line of Soo Line Plat
No. 8; that part of Lots 9 and 15 , J. W. Bass Subdivision of Lot 8 , Bass
Addition of Outlots ; that part of Burlington Northern Right—Of—Way; that
part of Soo Line Plat No. 8 , included within said 55—foot permanent
easement . (in connection with the Trout Brook Outlet Easement Phase B

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ����_ day of
�Tram��qgst �� ��� ,� o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
