WHEREAS , LeeAnn Turchin, Administrative Aide to the Mayor,
is Acting Mayor when the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul is
not in the City; and
WHEREAS , LeeAnn Turchin will be on vacation from Rugust
15 , 1988 up to and including August 26 , 1988 ; and
WHEREAS, it may be necessary to have an Acting Mayor during
that period of time ; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that James Bellus , Executive Assistant to the
Mayor, shall be Acting Mayor , if necessary, for the period
of time from August 15, 1988 to August 26 , 1988.
