Recommended approval unanimously. 2. 8/2/88 RATIFICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: SIDNEY/STATE - ANNAPOLIS/KANSAS AREA PAVING AND LIGHTING PROJECT. Recommended approval unanimously. 19. RESOLUTION - 88-1158 - Approving revisions to the - residential permit parking area around St. Thomas College by removing restrictions on the south side of SiJrIlrIIT from Fairview to Prior.
