AVENUE from Curfew Street to University Avenue. Purpose:

2. 8/2/88 RATIFICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: SIDNEY/STATE -
ANNAPOLIS/KANSAS AREA PAVING AND LIGHTING PROJECT.

16. FINAL ORDER: For the installation of approximately 42
. single globe style decorative lights on both sides of
SMITH AVENUE from 50 feet north of Annapolis Street to 100
feet south of Baker Street (West side) and 75 feet south
of Baker Street (East side) to be known as the SMITH
AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (NPP) LIGHTING
PROJECT N0. 2. (Laid over from June 29th) .
AND
17. FINAL ORDER: For the operating costs for the Above
Standard Street Lighting System for the SMITH AVENUE
NEIGHBORHOOD (NPP) LIGHTING PROJECT N0. 2. (Laid over
from June 29th) .
These two orders were laid over in Committee to August
31, 1988.
18. ORDINANCE - 88-1136 - Amending Ordinance No. 13543
approved January 31, 1967 by adding BIGELOW LANE
southbound from Klainert Street to Timberlake Road, and
KLAINERT STREET from Arlington Avenue to Bigelow Lane as
, one-way streets.
Recommended approval unanimously.
19. RESOLUTION - 88-1158 - Approving revisions to the
- residential permit parking area around St. Thomas College
by removing restrictions on the south side of SiJrIlrIIT from
Fairview to Prior.
Recommended approval unanimously with amendment to include
both sides of Goodrich between Finn and Cleveland.
