WHEREAS, in 1988 The City Council authorized the transfer of the Board of Appeals staff
function fro■ the City Council Research office to the Division of Public Health; and
WHEREAS, the following budget aaendment will transfer the General Fund portion (0.5 FTE) of
the Board of Appeals Salaries to the Depart�ent of Co�munity Services, Division of Public
Health, from the Council Investigative Research Center; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following changes in the 1988 General Fund Budget;
