Highland Fest is a neighborhood festival sponsored by the Highiand Business Association. The HBA was designated as a "non'profit corporation" by the State of Minnesota in 1953. (A copy of our non-profit certificate is attached.) Our festival includes the 22 year old "Highland Art Fair", continuous and varied entertainment, food and beverage vendors and special events like the annual "Water Tower Run," softball tournament and Highland Fest Kiddie Parade. The City also offers tours of the historic Highland Water Tower during our festival. (Please see attached copy of the 1987 Highland Fest Schedule of Events. ) Highland Fest '88 will run from Friday, August 12 through Sunday, August 14.
