WHEREAS , the Department of Community Services , Division of Public Health
received $139 , 000 in 1987 for the sale of land to the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, these funds were originally reserved for the purchase of additional
parking spaces for the Public Health Center ; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Services reccommends these funds to be
used for the retirement of debt and for necessary capital improvements
involving the Public Health Center building and grounds; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor , in agreement with the Capital Improvement Budget Committee,
recommends the following changes in the 1988 Budget ;
