WHEItEAS, on January 6, 1987 the 5t. Paul City Council established a Community Festival Loan Fund and Grant Program, administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation, for the purpose of assisting neighborhood festivals with expenses, startup cnsts and insurance coverage; and WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council has approved rules and regulations ta ensure the fair and equitable distribution of the funds; and WHEREAS, the Council has applied for a grant in accordance with these � rules and regulations. NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: l. That the City shall grant to the Council the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the purpose of helping to fund the Miners Days Exhibit to be scheduled July 9 through July 16, 1988 as more particularly outlined in the Council 's applicatian attached heret4 as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 2. That the Council will prepare and submit to the City a report outlining all expenses and revenues derived from the restival and specifically detailing how the grant inoney was spent within 90 days after the completion of the festival noted above.
