licensed vehicles.
VANTAGES IF APPROVED:
llowing the change of color would meet the business needs of the license
holder by simplifying their fleet management and reducing costs. The proposed
color change is consistent with their vehicles licensed in other
jurisdictions.
ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
llowing the change may create animosity among some license holders who
elieve the proposed change is an attempt to provide non-licensed taxi service
to St. Paul. (As both licensed and non-St. Paul licensed Airport Taxicabs
ould look very similar.)
