RESOLVED, that Rule 10 of Chapter A-1 of the St. Paul
Administrative Code be and the same hereby is amended to read
as follows :
"Rule 10. Order of business.
Immediately prior to the commencement of every city
council meeting, councilmembers shall recite the
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States
of America. The recitation of the Pledge shall not
be cablecast. During recitation of the Pledge a video
tape of the state military honor guard with an audio
of the National Anthem of the United States of America
shall be broadcast.
The order of business then shall be as follows:
(a) Roll call .
(b) Approval of the journal
(c) Official communications from the Mayor.
(d) Ordinance readings.
(e) Applications and communications.
(f) New business - resolutions.
(g) Committee reports .
(h) Public hearings.
(i ) Miscellaneous.
(j ) Adjournment.
