hereinafter referred to as "Saint Paul" and THE COUNZY _

WHEREAS, Saint �'aul is authorized and empowered to operate and
maintain an asphalt plant �ursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.11,
Sukydivision 2; and j

WHEREAS, Saint jPaul and . THE COUNTY
are�road authorities as de�ined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.C2,
Sub�division 9; now, therefore,

� IT IS MUTUALLY,�GREED BY AND BETWEEN SAINT PAUL AND THE
CQ!UNTY OF RAMSEY �, AS FOLLOWS:

2. That at the disr�retion of Saint Paul exercised in supplying its own
ne�ds for asphalt, Saint Paul will sell to THE COUNTY ,

ins ection, review or audit by personnel of the County, personnel authorized
by t�e County, and either the legislative auditor or the stat� auditor as
