Thank you for your ti e. on the telephone this morning.
Market House Limited Partnership entered into an operating agreement with the
City of Saint Paul to �,operate the Farmers Market parking lot in connection
with the Market House 'renovation. Allright Parking, Inc. and Market ftouse
Limited Partnership ha�ve a verbal arrangement whereby Alltight oversees the
. d�y to day operation of the lot, makes the necessary lease payments, and in
general assures the smooth operation of the lot..
This arranagement has not been committed to writing, but has operated very
smoothly in the past. The arrangement is with the knowledge and approval of
the partnership.
Accordingly, we would ,ask that the license for the parking lot be reuewed with
the support of the Lic,�ense Inspectors Division.

I 've enclosed the fo lowing information on our lots at the
Farmer' s Market and 21 East Seventh Street.

- Copies of 1985, 1986, and 1987 licenses issued to Allright
Parking for thi lot.
- A copy of our 1 ase agreement with the City of Saint Paul.
- A copy of the site plan from the Planning Division.
Farmer's Market
- A copy of the 8 /86 license issued for this parking lot.
- A copy of the 1 ase agreement between Broadway Square
Associates and he City of Saint Paul. This lease was later
assigned to the Market House Condominiums. Allright Parking
operates th� pa king lot under a verbal agreement with th�
Market House Co dominiums in which we assume their lease
payments. We h ve paid th� license fees here for the last
two years but h ve not received licenses.
We have been struggi ng to get this resolved si.nce last January,
and I'd be grateful or any help you could qive us in
