per front foot ; Replacement of old sidewalk, $6. 50 per front foot .
For a 6-floot wide sidewalk: New Construction, $15. 60 per front foot ;
Replacement of old sidewal�C, $7. 80 per front foot.
All corner residential pro erties will receive a credit up to the first 150
feet of new or reconstruct�d sidewalk along and abutting the "long side" of the
property•'I
COMMERCIA'L rates (all prop�rty other than residential)
100� of actual cost estima�ted to be approximately $4. 00 per square foot of walk
constructed.
The CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby r solves:
1. That the said report and the�ame is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2nd day of August, 1988 ,at
nine '��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hea�ring be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the�ature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
