RESOLVED, that the on-sale non-intoxicating liquor (3 . 2
beer) license held by the Twin City Ford Local 879 for the
premises known as the Fbrd Union Hall at 2191 Ford �?ar_kway in
Saint Paul, are hereby �uspended for a period of ' 6
consecutive days , comme cing and ending on the fo lowing
specified dates : Augus 15th to August 19th and August 22, I988
This Resolution anl the action taken are based upon the
facts contained in the �olice report attached and summarized
in the Notice of Hearing dated May 26 , 1988 , also attached.
Such facts are not contested by the licensee, as evidenced
by the letter of Mr. Neuman, Secretary-Treasurer of Local
879 UAW, v��ho has orally stated to the undersigned assistant
city attorney that he will not challenge or disagree with the
facts in the police report, but wishes to argue for mitigation
of the possible penalty.

held by Local 879. Relstaurant and dance hall 1 icenses are
also held by the licensee for that address. On May 8, 1988,
intoxicating liquor was sold by persons not having a license

such sales were occu,rzing at 2:36 a.m; excessive noise was
made; and drinking was occur:zing outside the licensed
premises. Represent��tives of the licenseholdez were present
and aware of the ab'ove facts. The foreg'oing constitute
.violations of sectio�is 409.91, 41�.64 (b), 4IG1.84(e), 41B.B9,
465.64 (c) and .405.04 (�d) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
