10. Every applicant for a temporary Oa Sale Malt Beverage License shall file with his � �
application therefore, a bond with a valid Power of Attorney attached, in the sum
of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). The surety on such bond shall be a surety
company licensed to do business in the State of Minnesota, and the bond shall be
approved as to form and execution by the Corporation Counsel. Said bond shall be
conditioned as follows:
a.) That the licensee will pay to the municipality, when due, all taxes, license
fees, penalties �and other charges as provided by law.
b. ) That the licensee will obey the law relating to such licensed business, and
that in the event of any violation of the provisions of such law, the licensee
will pay all fines, penalties and other charges as provided by law.
c. ) That the liceasee will pay, to the extent of the principal amount of such
bond, any damages for death or injury caused by or resulting from the violation
of any provisions of law relating to the business for which such licensee has
been granted a license, aad conditioned that such recovery may be had from the
surety on the bond. The amount recoverable shall be measured by the actual
damages, provided, however, that in no case shall such surety be liable for any
amouat in excess of the amount of the bond.

This letter will provide permission by the St. Paul Division of Parks
and Recreation �o the Midway Coalition - Dis�rict 11 to use Horton
Park for their th Annual Horton Park Festival .
This event is scheduled for Saturday, June 25, 1988 from 9:00 A.M.
to 4:30 P.M.
Additional trash barrels will be provided by Park maintenance personnel ,
and the electrical outlets will be available for use. The electrical
services at Hor�on Park provides one (1) 20 amp circuit with two (2)
outlets. '
The Midway Coalition wiTl arrange for satellite rest rooms and additional
electrical 5�1"V�r,P if needed.
�� The 45 tables and 100 chairs must be reserved through the Recreation
Office by contacting Cindy at 298-6859.
Your letter ind#cated that you already made reservations for a showmobile.

The Midway Coalitio�-District 11 is sponsoring the 7th Annual Horton Park
Festival on Saturday, Jui;he 25th from 11 AM to 4:30 PM at the Horton Park Mini-
Arboretum located on Ham�ine and Minnehaha Avenues.
The Midway Coalitio is a 501 (c)3 organization, and the money raised from
this festival is used fo� charitable purposes.
Each year we have h�d a 3.2 beer concession at the festival , and we
certainly don't want to �isappoint anyone so we ask that our request for a one
day beer liscense be grar�ted.
