RESOLUTION APPOINTING DOUGLAS W. FOSTER
TO THE HRA (CITY/PHA) PENSION
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS , the Administrative Committee has certified the
nomination of Douglas W. Foster by election of the present and
former City employees who are participants in the HRA ((;ity/PHA)
Pension Plan as their representative on the Administrative
Committee for said Plan; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul acting
pursuant to Section 7 . 3 of the Pension Plan of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul , Minnesota,
that Douglas W. Foster is hereby appointed and confirmed as
the participating City employee representative on the Administra-
tive Committee for said Plan for a three year term commencing
July 1 , 1988 .

RE : Appointment to the HRA (City/PHA) Pension
Administration Committee
Dear President Scheibel and Councilmembers :
Under the Pension Plan providing retirement benefits for former
HRA employees who transferred to City employ , the City Council
appoints a member to the Pension Administrative Committee who
is nominated by election of City enployee participants in the
Pension Plan.
The Adrninistrative Committee hereby certifies that by election
upon open nor.�ination and secret ballot tallied June 1 , 1988 , City
. employee participants elected Douglas .W. Foster to be their
representative on the Administrative Committee for a three year
� term commencing July 1, 1988.
�Mr. roste� is the incumbent. He ran unopposed and received the
votes of all 42 participants , of approximately 50 eligibles , who
cast a ballot in this election. � �
