10. Every applicant for a temporarp On Sale Liquor Licease shall fi1.e with his appli-
catioa therefore, a bond with a v d Power of Attoraey attached,. ia the� sum of
Three� Thousaud Doll.ars (�3,.000.00) The surety ou such bond shal.l be a surety
company licensed to do busiaess ia the State of Minnesota,. and th� bond shall be
approved as to form and executioA y the Corporation Counsel. Said bond shall be
conditioned as follows:
a) That the licensee will pay to he municipality, whea due,. all taxes, license
� fees, penalties and other char es as provided by law.
b) That the licensee wil.1 obey th law relating to such licensed business, and
that in the event of any viol.a ion of the provisions of such law, the licensee
will pay all fines, penalties nd other charges as, provided by law.
c) That the licensee will pay, to the extent of the principal amount of such bond,
any damages for death or inju caused by or resulting from the violation of
any provisions of law rel.ating to the business for which such licensee has been
granted a license, and conditi ned that such recovery may be had from the surety
on the bond. The amount recov rable shall be measured by the actual damages,
provided, however, that in no ase shall such suretq be Iiable for any amount
in excess of the amount of the bond.

be distinguisha le from the Ball goers by their less formal

Based upon all the above information, I would appreeiate your
response or the ci y attorney's response as to whether the
WAMSO Symphony Bal will need a one-day liquor License for
June 18.
