2 to 100 feet south of Baker treet (West side) and 75 feet south of Baker
Street (East side) to be kn wn as the Smith Avenue Neighborhood Partnership
Program (NpP) Lighting Project No. .
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, ahd
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1 19,95� , financed by ass ssments $80,752 and Neighborhood Partnership
Program $39,200.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ment on the 12th day of July, 1988 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
