RESOLVED, That upon execution a d delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be ap roved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 0 070-511-000 , to:
1 . Gregg . Wannebo and State Fa m Insurance Companies the sum of
$2 , 610 .89 in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about January 20, 1988 as more particularly set out in
the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on
February 5 , 1988 .

On January 20, 1988; a City of Saint Paul road� grader driven by City
. employee, James Hohn, struck a vehi le stopped on Cedar Street. This
vehicle was owned by Gregg Wannebo nd it was damaged in the amount of
$2 ,190.06. Mr. Wannebo was reimbur ed, less his deductibl,e, from ,his
�insurance company, State Farm. Mr. Wannebo also claims loss of use in
the amoui�� of $�20.83. Our office pproves settlement to Gregg Wannebo
and State Farm Insurance Campanies ' n the amount of $2 ,610.89 .
